Tulipmania is back at the Gardens by the Bay! This signature event is widely popular with both locals and tourists alike, where the flower field is transformed into a sea of tulips. The theme for this year is inspired by Madurodam – thus you would see among the tulips many art pieces depicting Dutch canal scenes, houses and windmills. One would possibly feel transplanted into a Dutch setting with all these features and more!
This year, most of the tulips have been concentrated on just the flower field – which unfortunately means that it may be hard for you to snap an unobstructed view of the tulips itself! Let the photos do the rest of the talking for this entry.
Tulipmania ends on 4 May 2014. I do advise you to visit it during the weekdays rather than the weekends – one can imagine the crowd that would affect any decent experience you would have while trying to have a good look at the tulips! Each ticket costs $12 for Singaporeans.
